In East Irondequoit! Right on the edge of the City of Rochester.
I do not! All items are made to order and pick ups are by appointment only. If you'd like to place a custom order, start here.
Yes, you sure are! I am based out of my home. I have a second kitchen dedicated as the bakery. Not to worry though, the space has been licensed with the Monroe County Department of Health, so it's no different than your typical bakery, other than not having a store front.
Yes, it does! While I operate out of my house, I have a separate commercial kitchen that has been licensed by the Monroe County Department of Health. I'm happy to provide your venue with a copy of the permit, if needed.
Pick ups are by appointment only. I do all pick ups as "curbside"! So when you arrive at your agreed upon pick up time, go ahead and pull right down the driveway. Shoot me a message that you're here (contact info will be provided for you on ordering) and I'll bring your order right out to you!
At this time, delivery is offered for weddings only. There is a flat $50 fee for Rochester area deliveries. Beyond that (i.e. Fair Haven, Albion, Penn Yan), the fee will be determined based off of the distance of your venue. Currently, delivery is offered to venues within about an hour of Rochester.
Delivery includes transportation of all desserts, set up of cake/desserts at the venue on any stands or plates you provide, and placement of any additional decor such as toppers or flowers provided at the venue.
No, I do not ship at this time.
Hurray! I'm so honored to be considered! You can start by filling out an inquiry form. Click here.
From there, keep an eye out for an email from me with more info (don't forget to check your spam folder!)
I'd be thrilled to book with you! Assuming we've already chatted about the details, I require a 30% initial payment and contract signed to officially book and secure the date. The balance is due two weeks before your wedding! Both the invoice payment and contract signing can be done electroncially via my booking software - Dubsado!
I currently accept cash or card payments! I do not accept checks, Venmo, or Zelle at this time.
No, I typically do not work with fondant. I do my best work with buttercream, and can often recreate most looks in buttercream instead of fondant.
I do not make sheet cakes. If you'd like to supplement a display cake with additional servings, I do offer kitchen cakes. Kitchen cakes are similar in idea to sheet cakes. However, they’re round cakes, with the same three layers of cake and two layers of filling as my regular cakes, to match the look of your display cake when guests receive their slices. They’re just a basic frost, with no decor, keeping your costs to a minimum. Kitchen cakes are meant to be kept back in the kitchen, then cut and served with your display cake.
Mini desserts are 1.5-2” in diameter and typically 2-2.5” tall. They can be consumed in about two bites!
If you have inspiration photos, send 'em my way! Please keep in mind though, that photos are just that - inspiration. Cake decorating is like handwriting. Though we all write the letter "A," it looks unique to each person,. So unfortunately, your cake will never be an exact match to your photo. I'll do my best, though!
I currently offer tastings as a To-go Box pick up, with the option to chat about details via email or video consult.
For the tasting itself, you can choose up to four flavors of cake to try and four frostings. You’ll get a total of a dozen mini cupcakes, with the frostings separate so you’re able to mix and match. Then, you can taste cake and we can talk details! We’ll touch on reception time, wedding theme, design for your cake, and what type of other desserts you might be interested in, as well as any other relevant details. If you have ideas of design or mood board, feel free to send them to me!
